Reconnect Project provides emergency
wireless communication networks and
technology resources to disaster areas—
including portable satellites and
communication devices such as computers,
laptops, and tablets—to disaster victims, as
well as business-grade equipment to affected
companies. Deploying portable Starlink
Standard Kits and dual EcoFlow DELTA 2 solar
power stations to restore high-speed
satellite internet (100–220 Mbps) for up to 20
simultaneous users—plus a full 20-laptop
charging cart—in disaster zones where grids
collapse.
We repurpose surplus tech for first
responders and communities, bridging the
communications gap in hours—not days—with
12-hour off-grid runtime for Starlink
powered by the DELTA 2's 1,024Wh capacity and
up to 500W solar input, while two units
handle the cart's 1,300W peak draw (65W per HP
blue tip charger) for 1.5–2.5 hours of charging
cycles with solar top-up.
